To prevent the need for adding all items separately you have the possibility to take over a complete lists of articles by uploading a csv or xls file.
The content of the file is checked when it is uploaded. Correct lines are taken over. Incorrect lines are shown in an upload report.
Remarks regarding the file:
• Each order position in its own line
• Order of the data: quantity, item number or EAN code
• Separate the quantity and item number or EAN code with a comma or enter these data in two separate columns
• The quantity and item number or EAN code may not contain any blank characters
• The quantity must not be indicated as formula
• Do not hide cells in Excel
